Cayce

President

The 3rd family generation to run the company, Cayce stepped into the role of President with 17 years of business management experience. She initially trained extensively under Peggy (1st generation owner) and Randy (2nd generation owner) for 12 years and was a retail store manager prior to that.

Mickey

Vice-President

Mickey joined the company in 2017 bringing 10 years of business management experience with him as well. Cayce and Mickey currently manage the business as a team.

Lincon

Stock & Yard Manager

Lincon’s workmanship and unending positive outlook are admired by all of us here at Potomac Fences. Almost every fence post, picket and gate are hand-grafted personally by Lincon in the workshop. Carolyn

Secretary

Carolyn has been the secretary here since 2019. She manages the Montgomery County permits, new project intake, and the estimate appointment scheduling. Carolyn works hard to promote a work environment that is funny, positive, and cheerful.

Steve

Project Planner Estimator

Steve has been with the company since 2019, bringing with him prior fence experience as well. He’s been a fantastic addition to the team, with his positive personality making him a pleasure to work with. Steve’s seasoned service area is Montgomery County, Md.

Dale

Project Planner/Estimator

Dale has been an innovative project planner at Potomac Fences for 15 years. His extensive experience, knowledge, and creative ideas will surely benefit your new fence project. We value his enthusiasm and hardworking demeanor. Dale is particularly well versed in the Washington D.C., Chevy Chase, and Bethesda areas. Potomac Fences thanks Dale for his 15 years of dedication to the company.

Leonel

Crew Foreman

Leonel is one of our crew leaders and has been with Potomac Fences for over 20 years. He is an amazing and skilled installer. Leonel’s attention to detail is unmatched.

Randy

Retired Owner

Randy retired in 2021 after dedicating 50 years of his life to all aspects of Potomac Fences. All of us here at PF thank him tremendously for his years of hard work, the extensive knowledge he’s passed down, and for building a long-standing business.

Daniel

Crew Foreman

Daniel is one of our crew foreman. We receive regular positive feedback from clients saying Daniel is a joy to work with. Clients report that Daniel works fast and efficiently.

Adalberto

Crew Foreman

Adalberto is a crew foreman and custom craftsman. He specializes in custom wood fences. We appreciate and value his hard work and easy-going personality.

Nelson specializes in chain link and has worked for PF for over 15 years.

Cameron

Cameron is a project planner/estimator for Montgomery County, MD. Cam knows fences, having previously operated his own fence repair business. We are so proud of this cancer survivor and thankful for all the positivity and laughs that he brings to our team environment!

Ken and Peggy

Founders

We honor Ken and Peggy, Cayce’s grandparents, whom are the original 1975 founders of Potomac Fences. The Potomac Fences family was deeply saddened by the loss of beloved Peggy in 2020. We continue to thank Ken for his entrepreneurship and the knowledge that he has passed down through three generations of the family.
